I bought a phone only to recieve a pair of ankle socks but ebay options dont list my complains how can I get help?

Go to the transaction and in the dropdown box, click to return the item and choose a reason that it's not as described or pictured. 

Seller will have 3 days to either issue a refund or accept a return by paying for a shipping label for you to use to return it.
