I bought and paid for a tablet case. When it arrived it was wrong size. Contacted the seller who said I could exchange it. Seller gave me an address to which I returned it and have USPS confirmation that it was delivered. Since then I have had radio silence from seller. Contacted ebay resolution center and they replied that seller has agreed to accept a return. Ebay sent me a return label with a notice that I have
x days to return it. Problem is it was returned Oct 13th. I did not know at that time
that I would get a return label and paid the postage myself. How do I communicate
to ebay that the seller has the item and I have proof. Seller is not replying to my communications. Can anyone tell me what to do. thanks
