I recently sold a graphics card and the customer had gave positive feedback of receiving the item, wouldn't anyone make sure the item functions before leaving positive feedback, I just seems odd that they want to return it now and what can I do if they don't return the one I sold them and return one they had that was not functioning. I benchmark test all graphics cards before I sell them and have reports saved for each one. I just started selling on ebay and have already come across some issues that just seem to much of a risk to deal with, Still waiting on $2,200 in payments as well when items were delivered about 2weeks ago... can anyone please give me some feedback and maybe some advice I would really appreciate it I really like how fast and items sold and how user friendly it is. Just not to sure whats going on with payment or polices.

You are new, and are a magnet to scammers, on top of selling high value items, let alone graphic cards. Most likely, your buyer will send you his damaged card, get a refund, and keep your working card at your expense. Sad thing is that you wont be able to do anything, and have no proof on what happened, and eBay wont assist.
Here are some things to keep in mind when selling on eBay
1) Buyer is always right
2) Seller is always wrong
3) Don't sell anything you can't afford to loose
4) When in doubt, go back and re-read from #1.
Good luck
