If the item is not working as described you should open an "Item Not as Described" case and ask for a refund. This should be your last option because these cases will definitely hurt the seller's account. This should never be a first choice.
If it is a mistake on your part but not doing enough research. You will have to keep the item unless the seller is willing to accept the return but please click "changed mind" to protect the seller's account.
