i just paid 200 dollors for ps5 console with games include and i found that it seems to be scaming people i just canceled the order before the first hour and the item was not shipped and the seller did not respond me  im very worried about the money is my money will be refunded or not can anybody help me

You can't cancel the order, just request to have it canceled, but the seller isn't required to cancel.

If they don't cancel or ship, a day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
