bought a laptop and i questioned the seller about wrong thins in his listing and he was trying the old bait and switch he listed specs on a more expensive laptop when i confronted him he finally agreed to cancel and not ship
but he didn't tell ebay and ebay wont refund my money i have tried many calls but no answer i did do a live chat
but they can't do anything
so my money is charged and a frauder has won
i have been with ebay for 20 years but they care nothing for me
anyone have an idea

If you are unable to open a Item not as Described, you should be able to contact your Credit Card Co. (card used to pay for) and dispute the charges.

Did the seller ship the item? You can open an item not received case 1 day after the last estimated delivery date.

Seller did not ship he relisted ebay holding me up on credit because the seller did get a tracking number so ebay won't talk until the delivery date expires and I have opened a credit card dispute
