ebays customer serv is a complete joke, i have contacted them over a half dozen times regarding my never recieved package at my post office box and they have failed miserably to resolve my situation only to give me nothing but a runaround and zero help. they allow phony shipping thru speedpak and closed my case and im now out 256.00 i will never use ebay again and im going to post it publicly to everybody  including all friends and family to never do buisiness with them again

Contact the shipper and make sure it was delivered to your addy:

A scam exist that an item is shipped into your area and not to your addy, so it can be said to be delivered.

If it was not delivered to your addy you need that part in written form. Then you can contact ebay and appeal your situation.

What does tracking show, does it say it was delivered?

Yes the tracking shows it was delivered but the post office did not receive any such package.. the whole reason I got a PO box was so I  would get my mail and I  still can't get anything delivered there either...

There is no contact at such delivery service ...speedpak is a scam and is not even in this country ..mi asked seller for specific contact information and goes reply was he would send a replacement  if I paid shipping... hes probably trying to just scam more money out if me only to send me nothing again

If it showed delivered a post office SOMEWHERE did receive the package and delivered it and this sounds like it was not delivered to your zip code.  Go back to your PO and get it in writing on their stationery the label address on the  tracking number is not yours.  Then you can appeal.
