first time Im switching to IPhone from android and need advice.

I have a galaxy s10 and want to switch to an iPhone for first time. I want to know which of the iphones older models are the best.

I currently have a galaxy10 with AT&T. I have never tried the iPhone only androids. I don't want a new model iPhone, I want an older model to save money. What is the best older model and what are the differences lets say between a 13 pro, 13 14 pro 15 pro or 15 you know what I mean. I want to know is the 6.7 more popular than the 6.1(the size of my galaxy) Also what are the differences between android and iPhone.
