I seem to be having a run on bad motherboards recently. I've purchased 2 from ebay and 1 on new egg and all appear to be bad. I'm doing everything I can think of to make sure however it seems to be motherboards. I've never had this issue before and was wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue

If you are sure that other components that you own are indeed good, boards you have bought are from different sellers and you have been cautious when working with those boards then I guess it's just bad luck.

Most items like this that are sold on online marketplaces are either retail returns, or items from the factory that failed inspection and were supposed to be scrapped.

I am wanting to know if I purchased a computer off of eBay will it work in my car or do I have to take it to a shop
