I purchased a computer with windows 11 installed. I decided to install win 10 on the d: drive, problem is it installed win 10 on the C: drive, deleting the windows 11. Now I can't reinstall windows 11, even after purchasing a win 11 dvd. Microsoft says my computer is not compatible with win 11, even if try installing it from the dvd.
I have a 4 core cpu and core I7. Can anyone give me a work around. I checked my bios and TPM 2 is active.

Here are a few tips.

Can you get the Factory Restore from the factory and start all over? Since it is a new computer you are not loosing any data are you?
