a buyer offered a higher price than I started the auction at. It was then Auto declined.  first item I have tried to sell.  Any help is appreciated

My advice...

As a new seller do NOT sell cell phones. Chances are you will be out $500 within the next couple of weeks even if your phone were to sell.

The auto decline saved you. Had it not done so, I'm guessing you would have been scammed.

Low feedback new seller, first listing a $500 phone.... you are going to attract NOTHING BUT scammers. Seriously, sell it locally. This is not the venue for that.

Ist sale is a cell phone. Huge scam item.
