When i list my 1st item in EBAY,it shows this message(request higher limits) every time i try to post and when i click enter,it says "Unfortunately,You're not eligible for this service ".
What should i do now
*My 1st item was a RAZER mouse pad (made is SriLanka) costs 25.99$ with free shipping .I use SLPOST and Srilankan courier services to export.
Can anyone give me a permanent solution.I'm so frustrated.When items going to list,This thing pop up.
