There are persons selling on this site who know that the items they are selling are no good but still will ship these items to you after purchase as if they are not aware and here comes the return policy which covers them and ebay needs to examine this practice and take action against these people or be prepared to loose customers because it is happening too often now.
What return policy covers the seller? I would say avoid such sellers with terrible feedback for defective items, chances are, the item you buy will be defective too.
