All these products are fake. and you will have to return them.
Even so, they incur many tricks for their sale

I bought 64 Windows 3.11 downloads last week and all seem to work fine, you might need to set your baud rate to 2400 with parity set to odd- are you using an acoustic modem?

The OP didn't say they have trouble downloading them, they said they were fake. Also he is in the United States; why would he be using an acoustic modem? If he were downloading an OS at 2400 baud, it would take forever.
