Hey guys, i ordered a gtx 1660ti for personal use.
The shipping was good okay but took long but i dont care about that part.
When the shipment came it was very soft and the items described were not in the package i need help solving this the seller said he was on the phone with eBay and they are investigating what happened and i made a return request but he did not reply to that and i dont know what to do i need help asap.

That's a crock. eBay doesn't investigate what happened to the missing pieces.
If you opened a return case claiming not as described or missing pieces the seller will have 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund.
If they don't then on the 4th day go back to the case and ask eBay for help getting your money back.

Yes, as long as you opened the correct return request, you will be made whole.

I opened the request providing the photos of shipment that i only got wool idk how but i ordered grx 1660 ti and opened it with missing items

Why don't you take some screenshots of the return request you opened. You say you opened one on the 17th and that would be the one i am speaking of. Of course, remove any personal info from the screenshots. Without that, it is difficult to understand what you are saying.

Since you are a seller in Belgium, it would be best to use the community boards in your country (area) that can advise you on how to proceed. This is the US boards and sometimes the advice given here may differ from what can be used there. Good luck.

If you already opened the NAD request on the 17th, which was exactly the right action to take BTW, why would you come here and say you don't know what to do and that you need help?
Your request, per your post, was opened on the 17th. If, by the 21st, you have had no response, you just return to the case and ask eBay to step in.
