I've been getting offer for items that I'm selling from people that have been members only since the day of the posting. Should I decline these offers?
Thanks,
New Ebay seller

I would be VERY careful with these.
There have been some scams with new bidders making low offers.
If you accept, they may ask you to do the sale off eBay with gift cards etc.
You can decline any offer you are not comfortable with.
Good luck!

this is happening with several of my listings where they offer more than it was listed for. I accept and then zI never hear from them again. I called Ebay and they were no help. said wait a week or so and see if the person pays. yet Ebay removed a listing just the other day with no warning then said they thought it was a scam. in my case all the offerers had 0 rating. Ebay is supposed to help out on this. they could care less

Hi @jppm2021,
These new buyers can be very dangerous, and could be scammers. Scammers target new sellers selling expensive/high value items. I would decline all these offers you are receiving, however, if you decide to accept one, be prepared for a possible scam. Whatever you do, good luck!
