I bought some AirPods. According to the seller, they're second-generation, but they're actually first-generation.
The second thing is that the right earbud is defective; it drains faster than the left. The seller didn't mention this in the ad.
I tried contacting him, and he simply won't respond.

Use the MBG and file an Item Not As Described case for a return/refund.

The problem is that I'm not from the US. My shipments arrive at my courier in Miami, and from there to my home country, the Dominican Republic. So, I'm asked to return the defective item, but I can't send it for the reasons I mentioned earlier. I'm simply seeking at least a partial refund, but the seller won't take any responsibility.
