Seller Denied the return but said to return if it didn't work

I recently bought a Graphics Card as I was wanting to upgrade after 4 years. The seller had good ratings and reviews so I felt pseudo confident in purchasing a card from them. I received the card and with in 1 hour noticed it had some issues. I started a return, albeit poorly chose the wrong tag as I was half asleep at that point. The day after, I received a message from the seller denying my return due to the tag. I told the seller I poorly chose the reason for returning and listed the issues the card had. The seller told me to send it back to them even though the return had been closed and that they would refund because the card doesn't work. I asked them if the label that was sent to my email would work and they said the label would work. It took 5 days for the card to be delivered to them and it was dropped on Monday 27th of September. I contacted them the day after and asked if the return has been started and they said the return would start when they receive it. I has now been 5 days since it was delivered and they are being radio silent. The listing is covered by eBay money back guarantee but nothing I do will let me contact eBay to let them know what is going on.

you have already exhausted the eBay MBG with the return request submitted/denied. You got your 1 shot with eBay.

If you used PP, you can attempt there. You have a tracking # showing that you returned the item to provide  there

As a final shot, if a CC was used, you can try there.

Are you sure it was dropped on Monday 27th of September?  The 27th of Sept would have been a Wednesday.

Yeah... I put the wrong month in... Don't ask how, as I don't know either. I meant November
