Scam by Seller

I find it absolutely disgusting that I made a complaint about how I was scammed by a seller from Ebay and absolutely no one from Ebay reached out to me to help me!  How do you run a business like this when you have sellers scamming people, who trust your company to protect them from sellers like this.  This is poor business manners!

You received an appropriate response from a poster on your first thread. There was nothing else to be said.

If you expected to hear from Ebay, you had a false expectation, they do not deal with order issues on this forum/

It is now probably too late to get a resolution from Ebay, and you should contact your credit card issuer or payment service you used (like PayPal).

Buying products which are sold through authorized dealers are high risk to purchase on Ebay because most of the Ebay sellers are not authorized by the manufacturer. You were probably looking to pay less than a legitmate set of headphones would sell for from an authorized dealer.

Ebay offers its 30 day money back guarantee to protect its buyers but the buyer must do their part by following the procedures.
