Sorry you got scammed but is it all eBay's fault?
There are a lot of, supposedly, high capacity flash drives, SD Cards, etc. being sold on many sites including eBay and Amazon. Many sre loaded with firmare that fakes the capacity which results in corrupt files if you try to use them at that capacity.
The online marketplaces don't have the expertise to deal with sorting the good from the bad and it's up to the buyer to research the feedback of these sellers and the reality of the specs at the price they are asking. Even if eBay suspends a seller they would just come back under a different account the next day.
The only way to put a stop to these scamming sellers is for the buyers to not be fooled and avoid them. I fear that won't happen because everyone wants a 'super low price" and doesn't believe "if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't."
eBay has a money back guarantee, which you can use by filing a claim, but because it's from China, you would have to return the items with tracking and that may be costly.
Again, sorry you got scammed. Maybe you should leave feedback for this seller to warn others.
