Repairing boards

what can I do if I sent my board for repair and the  seller give me the runaround for over 3 months and not repairing or return my board.

I have sent my very expensive Samsung UN65F9000AF Main Board and Connect One Box.

A lawyer would be the way to go on service contracts. Usually not worth the cost.

Probably not if its been 3 months.

If you paid through Pay Pal, you might be able to get your money back, but they can't get your items back.

Thanks, but if the seller is crook why they let him or her still selling on there place.

PayPal did refund the repair cost. The problem the seller still have my boards, he promised to send them back, but never did. We have been emailing back and forth on eBay since July 17.  For the last month he stop answering my emails. He is very active on eBay sales.

I do not know what to do. I can’t figure the board and the connect one box part numbers. Also very expensive to replace them close to $600 for both. That is if I can get them.
