I bought a modded ps4 controller from a seller a week or so ago and and i got it pretty quickly but when i tested the controller out it seemingly wont do anything. Ive tried the sellers website with online intrusions but still nothing seems to happen in any of the games i tried. I sent message to the seller to try to see what whats wrong but he wont reply to me and its been about a week now. What should i do? Keep waiting or maybe just go to ebay and ask to return the product for not working. I kinda don't want to do that because it could just be me **bleep** up but im not to sure what i would be doing wrong ive tried everything i could to get things to work

Don't keep waiting and open a INAD (item defective or doesn't work) case. Why are you so hesistant?

If a device does not work out of the box following the instructions then it is defective. File a complaint now, he is trying to wait you out until you no longer have any recourse.
