I order washing machine timer the item ID:171322635066. I paid $127.61. But my order is mistake then returned. return ID:5094441044. I got the refunded only $95.49. Why I lose $32.12?( I paid the postage of the return item).
Did you order the wrong part? or did they send you the wrong part? I didn't think they could charge a restocking fee anymore - best to ask your seller.
