eBay's buyer protection is not a wzrranty.. When you purchase an item eBay guarantees it to arrive working unless it was described for parts or not working. If it arrives not as described and the seller won't help you have 30 days to file a dispute. Did the manufacturer offer a warranty? Did you register the warranty? Did you buy a warranty from Assurant or SquareTrade?
