Just looking for some advice....
Bought an "unlocked" Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge on the Sprint network from a "trusted seller" here. When the phone first arrived, i realized that it still had the google lock on it. I was able to get this taken off at a local cellular store. Thinking all is well, I attempt to activate the phone on my account but was told that the phone was locked to the seller for an unpaid balance. I contacted the seller and she denies this stating that her bill was paid in full.
Here's my dillema:
I originally inititated a refund when I couldn't get the google lock off but closed the request (as per the sellers advice) when I thought the phone would be operable after the google lock was off.
There is no other option to initiate another refund and the seller insists that I should just send her back the phone and she will send me the money....yea right lady...
Phone is in great condition and im not sure what to do at this point. Thoughts?
Reccommend any other sites to purchase a phone?
