Basically, I sold on Jun 10 and my customer received their package on the 15. I was contacting ebay support as I always do to tell them that the package was delivered, the first person says ok we will release your funds in 48 hours. 48 hours go by and nothing happens, then I contact another person. I told them the last person told me the funds where released and they assure me that they will release my funds, sadly those funds also did not get released within the next few days. And lastly I was checking my payments and it has told me that expected funds to be released estimated on Jun 21st. Now I've sold a big thing and it's 1000$ waiting. I've successfully sold it and my payments are on hold and this has never happened to me before. I do have some -2 fee's waiting but it says it will subtract it from my overall next payday. I'm asking for some help on what is going to happen because I can't keep on being assured that my payments will come within 24-48 hours but it never really comes around that time.
Ps I sold a GPU, I even asked the customer to leave me feedback to trigger the money to be released. It's been a week or 2 since I haven't received payments and the customer support isn't really helping out, other than saying they opened a ticket that will release my payments in 24-48 hours. I believe this is a big issue.
