Modified product not working

I recently pruchased a product (S5 SuperBox) which the seller had modified. The manufacturer tells me I need to get the issue resolved with the seller. I am having difficultly IDing them. Just have a reference number from my credit card company.

Any suggestions on how to trackthem down?

If it is within the past 90 days you can find the purchase by clicking the purchases link on the MyEbay menu.

If it is later your only recourse might be a credit card chargeback.
