Most of the time when I buy an item immediatly the seller say's <item shipped>.

They get their money ,But some times I receive no item. I buy a lot and hard to keep up .

Most of the time I just forget it. Depends on how much I paid .Internation shipping may be a slight problem , but US shipping should be reliable . How does ebay make sure that an item is really shipped ?

Sellers are not required to add tracking numbers. If you don't receive your item(s) by the expected arrival date, open a INR case. Just forgetting about it is a waste of money, don't you think?
