I purchased a 3D Face Tuya Smart Door Lock Biometric Fingerprint IC Card Unlock APP Camera, on the 12 of this month, now today is the 16 and my product hasn't shipped, should I cancel or what? This is very frustrating. I would appreciate some feedbacks.

Buyers can't cancel orders but they can request a cancellation. Sellers are not required to cancel.

What were the estimated delivery dates in the listing when you purchased? 

What are the estimated delivery dates in the email eBay sent when you purchased. One day after the latest estimated delivery date, you can go back into the order and file a Item Not Received case.  It is automated from that point. If the seller does not provide tracking that shows delivery within a certain timeframe, eBay will refund your money. The INR case will let you know what the timeframe is.
