Item not even shipped

I bought aan Xbox One S from ebay seller rushhourwholesaler six days ago. After one day, seller marked it as shipped through UPS. As of today (Dec. 4 2018) tracking information says lable created. Checked the seller reviews and out of nowhere there are now a lot of negative feedbacks with the same situation. Already emailed the seeler and he won’t answer. What should I do?

Those negative feedbacks are not "out of nowhere", they go back a long way. You should have checked before you bought.

If you don't receive the item by the delivery date, file an item not received case and get a refund.

By the way, your not suppose to name the seller.

About the seller's name: im new to ebay community, didn't know I'm not supposed to name him.

About the feedbacks: it is not the first time I purchase from ebay. I've been buy stuff here for years. I usually check the percentage of his feedback and if it's 95% or more im comfortable buying. I did checked the feed back and trusted him because he had way more positive feedback than negative ones. This is the first time I've experienced this, anyways.

Thanksfor your response.

It's up to you to devide what feedback your comfortable with but I would consider 95% positive to be a seller to avoid. In the last month this sellers feedback is about 92%. I would avoid them even if it were over 98% based on the content of the feedback.

Hopefully you'll get your order but if you don't, you should easily get a refund. Good luck. Smiley Happy
