I bought an item about month ago and it got delivered to wrong zip code, the usps sent it back to seller. when i requested refund they rejected. problem is, seller has disappeared and does not respond to my request. i tried to appeal but got rejected and it says that case is closed. so i'm in a situation where ebay does not refund item that i did not recieve and seller whom i massaged five times over last month, but not once have i recieved the answer. this feels like culdesac and any help will be much appreciated. please help 😞
I did everything precisely and checked beforehand. courier marked it as delivered, and when i contacted USPS they sied that they will check it and come back with info. then after few days, they notified me that order changed status from delivered to Vacant, when i checked it sied that item was back to seller. i'm frustrated 😞
