I am new to pc parts but this listing looked good to me other than no ratings for the seller. Just looking for some insight.

If it sounds like a scam it probably is.
No way in hell would I buy a $1000 video card from a new seller.
Also, why is the ad for an evga but the pic shows an msi? Also, it's listed in ebay motors...LOL
