So I bought an Oculus Quest from someone on eBay, good rating, only one negative review for something not shipping on time and the rest say he shipped fast, but the Quest VR headset sold for $335 with free shipping, and it claimed to be new and unopened, when I contacted him asking when he'd ship it, he said he would ship it soon, and he replied pretty quickly, and then I go to his account and now he's selling 6 air Jordans shoes for $172.99 each, am I being scammed or did I actually get a really good deal? It just doesn't make sense to me because he would be losing money from it

You can ask seller to cancel since the delivery date is so far out (they don't have to)- but start with that. If no response after 2 days, and no tracking number, best to call ebay and see if they can cancel for you. There is no 'quick fix/automated system for this since the delivery date is past the 30 day MBG.

He just deleted the listing, should I report a claim?

Are the shoes still there? I saw one for that price but eBay has since removed them.

They already refunded it, quickly and easily, says it will take up to 48 hours to show
