i’m asking for refund but the problem with that is I can’t return it because I’m handicap I physically cannot go to mail them off

And do you expect to have the seller just give you a refund? Get someone to mail the item off for you or go to USPS. c o m  and have them pick up your package..

EDIT: You left your seller a negative with "it's pricey", yet you knew what the price was before you bought it. S why the negative feedback? Is that the same seller you at asking about a refund?
