High bay led warehouse/shop lights

Bought 19 of the 250 watt led shop lights had them installed and they quit working after 18 months and can't contact the company for the 3 year warranty and then called ebay and paypal and they will not help because it is past they're policy terms. No help at all.

Are you trying you to contact the manufacturer?

The seller, ebay and paypal have nothing to do with the warranty. For any warranty you must contact the manufacturer. However, the seller should be able to give you contact information for the manufacturer; ebay and paypal would have nothing to do with that and can not help you.
