Help with proof of purchase

So I been selling on ebay for awhile now and my numbers have gradually increased. I just got hit with a proof of purchase restriction, so I thought no problem I bought these used as is bundles from ebay🤣 I'm now going on over a week into a 3 day restriction.  I sent ebay the invoices to the purchases and I definitely see the irony in sending eBay an invoice from ebay. Surprisingly though I got a reply that it's insufficient information. There is no other items in my listings just from these purchases from ebay and I know this is a sore subject for alot of users but any help would be appreciated.

Help with proof of purchase

Hopefully this will help. We have not had experience with this specific situation, but we have been selling in electronics for a very long time, so we have seen a lot and had to answer many different eBay requests throughout the years between our accounts. No matter the problem though, usually the best way to resolve anything serious like a system imposed account restriction, is to request a call from eBay to make sure you understand exactly what occurred, what is being required, and having eBay document the call that you are trying to resolve everything with your account.

Have you tried calling eBay customer support and having a call documented with them that you are attempting to fulfill the requirements that they are setting but you need clarification and / or help to resolve the issue?

Customer support may even help you with the possibility that you received your requested information or restriction in error.

It is always best to try and speak to someone when it comes to things like account restrictions or anything else that could lead to you having your account suspended for responding incorrectly and not resolving, even if it is a system error by chance.

Even if you cannot resolve everything with a call, at least you will have it documented on eBay's end that you are attempting to resolve or fulfill the requirements that are being imposed and that way if there is any further escalation, you can refer to your communication with eBay.

Without any documented communication with eBay, if there is escalation, even if it is not your fault, it is hard to argue your case that you were doing everything possible to fix everything or answer them, and ultimately that is what eBay wants to see to remove any issues, defects , or restrictions from your account.

Hopefully you will be able to fix everything ASAP! Good luck!
