A new and inexperienced seller with high-fraud items is a scammer-magnet. 

What is the basis of the chargeback? Did you require a signature on the shipment? If you didn't get s.c., you'll lose the case because for items where the total payment (including shipping) is $750 or more, you MUST have s.c. for seller protection.
