Help for refund not received

Please help me,

I did not receive a product and the refund was not received, I received an e mail and told me that the money had been credited to the account where I made the payment but it was never credited, then I have received 3 e mails and told me that the money has been sent to PayPal and I have to claim for it but I do not have a Paypal account and I do not want to open a Paypal account, I just want to receive my money, thats all!!

How did you pay for the item?

If you used a credit card, it'll take a few weeks for the refund to show up in your account.

I used a debit card!!

I received an e mail on august 2 saying that money had been sent to the original account used in payment and the I have received another 3 email saying that refund has been sent by paypal and I have to claim for it before september 1 otherwise money will be returned to the seller, but I dont have paypal account and I dont want to open a paypal account...
