Having Trouble Returning an Item

HP ProBook 650 G1 PC Core i7 2.7GHz 16GB 500GBHD HDMI 1080P W’Cam WINDOWS 11 Pro

This product was advertised as having a 500GB-HD capacity. In fact, it has an ADATA SU750 256GB drive, which is too small for my use. I have asked for a full refund and the return of this item.

I’m having a problem returning this item because the return site is not working properly and will NOT process the request!! When I fill in all the required information and add photos, the return button does not populate to submit the request.

I’ve tried to contact the seller several times to no avail.

If using another browser does not help, contact eBay customer service to see if your return can be started that way; that has worked for others that were unable to include a photo for various reasons.
