It's been over 9 months now I have not received item # 272308598813 , the tracking number RA 880744877IT , please assist resolution centre is no helping

How long did you wait to file a complaint with ebay? Why would you wait 9 months??? I guess the only thing left to now is sue the seller. Ask ebay for the sellers identity and phone number.

Have been patient enough hoping to get the item but to no avail, have been in touch with the seller, he sent me a proof of sending but i wonder if it is genuine. Why would he cooperate when it's been 9 months? He's as good as gone and so is your money unless you sue him. If you want to sue him, do it now. You should've made a complaint with ebay's resolution center within the first 30 days and you would've probably received a refund.
