I recently saw a MI BOX S Android TV box at a very low price. It looked very legit from a seller with good account and high number of ratings. in other words its not a new account. I paid and next day eBay messaged me that the account of that seller was compromised and they listed that item so my purchase was cancelled.
Today again i have seen a cheaper one than the previous. Which obviously is going to be another compromised account. Why are these not removed, if you look at them it shows how many they have sold etc. How do we identify accounts that have not being compromised as a buyer?
All sellers are in USA **

How to identify? If the price is too good to be true, it is too good to be true.
I see gaming chairs for several years now, being sold for $12.95 free shipping. Knowing full well an office chair can't be shipped for even the item cost the seller is asking, hundreds of buyers still buy.

I bought a fire tv stick this month ... The seller is no longer registered on ebay and I get a refund quickly. I bought a Mi Box S too... the vendor receives new negative feedback every day... He just put a tracking code on paypal, there is some information, but I doubt that I will receive it. But the seller is still registered on ebay and does not answer any messages. I wanted to request a refund, but it has an estimated date and it is still registered...
