I have a problem with a recent purchase of Apple Airpods 4 w/ Active Noise Cancellation Earbuds, When I used them for the first time, the earbuds came apart in my ear. I contacted the Apple Manfacturer about the product, I found out that the box had the legit serial number, but the merchandise was not made by Apple, and had a different serial number. Now I am stuck with a counterfeit product supposedly made by Apple. Who do I contact about this issue because I paid $100 dollars for this piece of junk, I have to take a loss because I have no way to repair the earbuds.

Recently as in within 30 days? If so file an item not as described return through eBay immediately.
I am assuming you already contacted the seller and they don't offer any extended returns on the listing. (60 days)
Depending on your bank/credit card, you may be able to contact them for help. (possible chargeback?)

Do you know about eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers? You received an item that's not as described. Go, in your Purchase History, this purchase. Click on "want to return". For reason: Not as described. The seller has 3 days to respond to your request, either with a prepaid return label, or just telling you to keep them and he will refund. If that does not happen, on day #4. return to the case and ask eBay to step in. They'll refund you from the seller's funds and tell you to keep the item. This has to happen within 30 days of your receipt of the item.
Then, take a little time to read the MBG. Hopefully, you will have no further issues; however, if you do, you will be equipped with the knowledge on how to best handle the problem.
