I sold Acer laptop few days ago and the buyer wants to return.

It was brand new and never opened item.

Buyer said the laptop is getting disk error and battery doesn't hold 3 hours.

I asked the buyer to provide the pictures of disk error but I think I should accept the return.

I'm going to check every parts that match serial numbers.

What if buyer replaced hard disk and battery to the old parts already have?

Who should I contact?

Ebay is 100% on buyer side so I really worry about it because I heard that happens a lot on Ebay.

Yes, accept the return. When you receive your laptop back, check to see if everything is ok. if not, contact ebay.
