Best way to not get scammed as a seller? for high value items

Hi im am decently new to eBay selling and was wondering for some tips to be safe selling!

When selling electronics,Make sure you take a picture of the serial number for your unit and include the picture of this in your listing

Also include the serial number in the description

There are a lot of "SWITCHAROO" SCAMS going on

Electronics items are made by the thousands

Many scam buyers will purchase a good working unit and send you back another of the same NOT working AND GET THEIR MONEY RE-FUNDED

Make sure it works correctly when listing

If it has the slightest defect functioning or cosmetic appearance note that in description

Also package it very well,scam buyers will claim it was not packaged good and try to get a refund.

When finished packing item with shipping address labels attached,Take picture to prove it is an acceptable shipping box

Protect yourself every step of the way,there is a big market for electronics scams and theft
