Bought 4 SNES Classics:
1- Seller stopped communication after asking for serial number: refunded
2- Seller canceled after requesting the serial number: refunded
3- Arrived, fake: refunded (Seller chastised me for not knowing it was fake when I purchased it- claimed I didn't read the ad)
4- Arrived today. Fake again- funny enough it was the same serial number as #3.
What is Ebay doing to stop this?
This situation is very frustrating. It's been weeks and weeks that funds have been tied up in these fraudulent sales. It's now two trips to the post office to send back the fake units. How is Ebay going to fix this situation? A simple refund clearly doesn't make this 'even'.
How many auctions do I need to win until I can just play some video games?
Besides contacting (seller's) local law enforcement referencing the shippers name and address, the Ebay post, and evidence of the fraud, what other recorse do I have?

The listing stated Manufactured and imported from China and All serial numbers are the same
Misrepresentation, but the fact all SN's are the same should have been a warning. Open INAD (I know again)
and get refund (again).
You can report the seller, but not sure it does much good. Good luck

Neither seller of the ones that showed up sent the serial (despite my request) prior to them arriving.
And the authentic units are also manufactured in and imported from China...
