Hello,
Need help in identifying this unique vintage Barbie Doll possible from the late 60's early 70's.
The Back is Marked "©1966 MATTEL INC., U.S. PATENT, U.S. PAT. PEND. MADE IN JAPAN."
She has flat feet instead of the usual high heeled feet sculpt.
Thanks,
Cutie-Boots

Hi @cutie-boots Her head is Sweet 16 Barbie (1974-75), swapped onto a 1967-72 Twist 'n Turn (TNT) Francie body.
It happened fairly often, as kids removed heads during play and didn't put things back together perfectly, or dolls were broken and repaired by putting good parts together from different dolls.
