Hello,
Need help in identifying this unique looking vintage Barbie Doll possibly from the late 1960's or 1970's.
The Back is Marked "© MATTEL INC.1966, MADE IN KOREA." Then there is the #15 also marked.

@cutie-boots Her head is the first My First Barbie (1980). Someone has painted over her lips. She originally came in a yellow jumpsuit with blue trim. Her original body is marked Philippines, with palms-to-back hands, so the head's been swapped onto the wrong body.
Sorry I don't know which models came on a body marked Korea with "Mexico hands" (wrist turned to side), but it would have been made sometime between 1976 and 1978.
