Need Help Identifying Unique Looking Barbie Pink Hoop Earrings

Hello,

       Need help in identifying Barbie or Barbie Friend Doll.

The doll has an unique look, not sure if this is a Barbie or a Barbie Friend Doll.

The back is marked:

   "Copyright 1999 MATTEL, INC. CHINA."

I've tried Google lens with no luck and looked up Barbie Friends but so far nothing has even come close to her.
