Need Help Identifying Barbie with Beads and Strings

Hello,

          The doll has strings on her back that when pulled the top of her hair the braids gets shorter.

            There is a number on her back "2109HF" I tried looking it up with no luck.

The back is marked:

   "©️ 2009MATTEL CHINA"

       Thank you for the reply.  I frequent Estate Sales and Local Thrift Stores. I enjoy looking for the most unique looking Barbie Dolls. In the summer I enjoy yard sales but my best luck is with Estate Sales and Thrift Stores.

Actually, she is 2009 Barbie Fab Girl. She comes with a silvery shortall with a skirt that reverses for day and night. You can let her hair down for daytime and bring up the curls and beads for night party time.  Only half the hair is pulled up. I have one in my collection with the shortall but no skirt or original earrings.
