Need Help ID 18" Vintage Ballerina Doll

I know that I have seen this doll before, but I am having a hard time figuring out who she is.  She is 18" hard plastic with no marks.

I had one very like her and she was a horseman doll. Her features are identical. She is lovely. Bless you.
